Quick answers to common questions about searching resources, filtering results, and reporting issues.

Use Search by Keyword and enter one or more terms. You can also combine keyword search with filters for Organization, Access, and Resource Categories.

LOCKED means the resource typically requires organization sign-in (for example, behind a firewall). UNLOCKED means no sign-in is generally required.

Some resources are broadly useful and available to everyone. Results may include Harvard Catalyst and External resources in addition to selected organization filters.

Results are sorted Alphabetical (A-Z) by default. You can change sorting from the Sort By menu.

Use the Report a Problem button and include as much detail as possible (resource name, URL, and what issue you found).

Yes. The homepage now opens directly with resources visible so you can browse immediately.

CSV export is available only to logged-in admin users.

Click Admin Sign In on the homepage footer and follow the login plus two-factor verification steps.
